1. Overview
At Tasqui, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 14 days of a subscription renewal. Refund requests must be made through our support team or directly through Paddle. To be eligible, your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) Partial subscription periods after the 14-day refund window; (b) Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days; (c) Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service; (d) Any promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tasqui.app with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle by contacting their support team. Please include your transaction ID or receipt number to help us process your request quickly.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions. Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. A refund returns the payment for your current subscription period. If you cancel and request a refund within the 14-day window, you will lose access to paid features immediately upon refund approval.
7. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments for Tasqui subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is responsible for processing payments, handling billing inquiries, and issuing refunds. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Paddle, not by Tasqui. For more information about Paddle's policies, please visit paddle.com/legal.
