1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tasqui ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
Tasqui provides a unified task management dashboard that aggregates tasks from multiple platforms including Notion and Attio. The Service allows users to view, organize, and manage their tasks from various sources in one place.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Notion and Attio. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tasqui and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Payment and Subscription
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means your purchase agreement is with Paddle, and they are responsible for payment processing, billing inquiries, and applicable taxes. Your use of the payment services is subject to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. Fees are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase or renewal as described in our Refund Policy at /refund. After the 14-day refund window, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tasqui, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
